Your personal data is important to me.

All your data is transferred via secure data protocols and the website does not store usage data that can identify a single person. For orders placed on the website data is stored in order to fullfil your order. The data stored is:

Name

Address

Phone number

Shipping address

Products ordered

Payment status - excluding payment details.

Order date

All data is encrypted and is under no circumstances resold or redistributed.

Secure payments

All payments are handled through one of the biggest payment providers world wide - Stripe. The web solution does not store credit card details or any information that enables unauthorised transactions. All payments utilise 3D Secure issued by your bank when this is enforced by the bank.

Returns or refunds

As all orders made through the Fine Art Print shop is print on demand I am not able to offer returns on prints ordered via the website. On the other hand if the product is damaged or for some reason there is a production error I will of course issue a new print to replace the incorrectly produced or damaged print. When that is said all prints are manually proofed several times both prior to printing and physically - by the company providing the prints and my selves prior to shipping. All prints are handled with gloves to preserve the quality of print.

If you have questions or concerns about images and how they would appear in your home I would be more than happy to guide you or to advice - in order to make you confident about your choice. Shipping

All prints are shipped with tracking for your convenience and as a security for me to make sure you receive your prints. You can also fetch the order yourselves. I do not currently support international shipping but drop me an email and I will send a shipping quote and help you out.

Prints are sent in hard cardboard tubes and carefully rolled in satin paper.

Aluminum prints are shipped in cardboard boxes with corner protection on all four corners.

It might be nice for you to know who I am and how to get in touch. My name is Henning and I am a real person - living outside of Oslo in Norway. I have been running several businesses over the last 15 years. My company Frames Holding AS is registered in Norway and I operate under the names Frames By Me and Henning Hovland Photography
